It has been two weeks since I came home to San Jose~ Thank God for a weekend in Vegas to slowly ween me back into my role. Meep picked me up from the airport on Thursday night and first thing we had were In & Out burgers! eek!!!
Then we headed off to Vegas for the weekend to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Sunday – was still in Vegas and we had brunch at Bouchon in Venetian.
Dinner was definitely an experience. Eating in a room full of Picassos. How lucky can a girl get? Picasso @ Bellagio. Here are some of my favourite dishes:

Monday – we had lunch at Joe’s Stonecrab in Caesar’s.

Tuesday – We have nothing in the fridge to cook with so Meep and I ate instant noodles for dinner.

Wednesday – Went to stock up on groceries~ I honestly had no idea what to cook for dinner so I made on of Meep’s favourite dishes; Ginger pork.

Thursday – Oven baked chicken, veggies and rice. It has been so long since I last did a proper blog entry that I forgot to take pictures of dinner! *gasps*

Friday – dinner with A & SK in San Mateo
then desserts~

Saturday – Made brunch! I love breakfast food~
And for dinner we had some Vietnamese noodles. I was pretty excited because the last time I had any pho was almost 3 months ago!
