Another week~ The week started really well and toward the end I was feeling pretty exhausted, so for once I was glad we had no weekend plans and just stayed home all day. Actually I ended up having to work a little on the weekend but working at home while watching my criminal shows are way more fun that working at work and trying not to rock out to whatever is on my playlist. ^_^ That was random, but here is the recap:
Sunday – Went to pick up some groceries for the week and stopped by at Lion’s. Picked up a Golden Pompano that was pretty fresh (for a frozen fish): Steamed fish and Gailan.

Monday – LS from work just got back from Italy and got me presents! Pasta and a Fruit Cake of some sort that I have not tried. I thought we might as well try it since I have some pasta sauce frozen.

Tuesday – Kraft dinner! My very first Kraft dinner ever and it was vile. 
I don’t know how Meep managed to eat it all but I had a couple bites and was reminded of Cheez Whiz. I didn’t cook it, Meep did and he seemed pretty sure of what he was doing since this was one of his staples while he was single.

Wednesday – Impromptu lunch at Hotaru in San Mateo~ Great deal and pretty darn tasty!
Dinner was a quick Black Bean Spare ribs and Bakchoy w King Mushrooms.

Thursday - I didn’t feel like cooking so Meep and I picked up some dim sum! I could eat dim sum every day, even if it is the cheap MSG filled version of dim sum. *sigh*

Friday – Friday means the usual lunches out and this time it was to Saffron! I love Indian food and Saffron’s food is amazing quality especially for a lunch buffet. yummm…
For dinner, went out w the girls to Yuki Sushi in San Mateo. Haven’t had sashimi this good since San Diego!

Saturday - Santouka for lunch!!! It was pretty warm out but we have not been to Santouka in a while so why not~ My go to dish is the Spicy Miso with Pork Jowl~
Dinner was Beef Short Ribs and Bakchoy w braised mushrooms.
